Overview

shakespeare
on tour

Performances and workshops in your school, library, theater, hall, or park.

For more than 35 years our Shakespeare on Tour program has traveled across California to bring a Shakespeare play to thousands of students. Our touring troupe of actors bring sets, props, costumes, and music to enliven their active and engaging performance, all within a one-hour class period.

The production is professionally directed and suitable for elementary students through adults. The tour visits more schools and libraries than any other theater group in the state. Schools will also receive a curriculum guide written by professional educators, with lesson plans designed to help teachers prepare their students to more fully appreciate the performance.
