Terms of Service

PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ AND AGREE TO OUR TERMS BELOW

Behavior Policy: Students participating in the Bay Area Shakespeare Camps, in person or online, are expected to meet the same standards of behavior as are required in their regular home/school setting. Major infractions, such as bullying (online or in person), display of offensive imagery, or any behavior that makes the learning environment unsafe for others will result in immediate dismissal from camp without a refund.
Late Pickup Policy: (CHANGED FROM PREVIOUS YEARS) Camp ends at 3pm and can pickup anytime between 3-3:30pm You must pick up your child no later than 3:30 P.M.
A $35 late-pickup fee will be assessed.
Photo Release: By agreeing to these terms, you give permission to have photographs and/or video of your child taken during camp, and to use such photos/video for promotional purposes.
Cancellation Policy: (CHANGED FROM PREVIOUS YEARS) Please see new policy below:

There is a $150 fee for cancellation prior to March 15th 2026
There is a $250 fee for cancellation after March 15th 2026
No refunds will be made within six weeks before the start of our camps unless:

We are able to replace the camper from our waitlist or other means
(Refund minus cancellation fee applies)
YOU are able to provide a replacement camper for the session
(Full refund applies, no cancellation fee)
